研究方向

1.蛋白质表达及相关研究

运用大肠杆菌表达外源蛋白是实验室的一个常用的研究手段,具体工作包括,DNA序列设计、质粒构建、蛋白的表达纯化以及后续的蛋白鉴定,实验基本涉及到常用的分子和生化研究方法;本实验室也通过噬菌体展示技术筛选抗体用于研究;通过改造tRNA影响蛋白的表达进而影响生物体的生理过程,如通过促进蛋白的错误表达诱导细胞凋亡。

2.穿膜肽的应用

抗菌肽能自发插入到生物膜中,不但是天然的抗菌物质,还可以应用于生物膜的标记,细菌、细胞的鉴别,以及基于生物膜修饰的靶向递送。

3.核酸检测

核酸检测是新型核酸病毒感染后快速检测的重要手段,本人致力于设计基于熵驱动的链置换技术的新型检测方法,实现核酸的快速检测,如HPV和HCV的检测以及HPV的细胞原位检测。
