研究方向

李新松,东南大学二级教授。1992年获南开大学高分子化学与物理博士学位,1992-1994年北京大学技术物理系从事核医学博士后研究,1995-1997年在青岛大学化学系工作,1997年至今在东南大学化学化工学院化学生物学与制药工程系工作。2001年创建生物材料和药物释放实验室(Biomaterials and Drug Delivery Laboratory),2006年创建东大-海昌(生物材料)研发中心,2007年5-11月在哈佛医学院Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC)从事基因药物研究

实验室在高分子与生物、医学、工程学交叉领域开展基础研究和应用研究,开发具有重大临床应用价值的新型生物医学材料、核酸药物,具体研究方向如下:

 1.生物材料

采用物理、化学、生物学方法,设计水凝胶、纳米纤维等高分子生物材料,研制生物水凝胶组织工程支架,研究开发组织修复材料

研究新型高分子生物材料在眼科、整形外科等临床中的应用

 2.药物递送系统

设计合成新型可离子化脂质,发展脂质纳米粒递送系统,开发核酸(siRNA、mRNA)药物,研究肿瘤、传染性疾病治疗技术

研究新型高分子药物控释系统,实现病灶微环境响应释药与疾病治疗

学术成果

   在Biomaterials,Chemical Communication,ACS Applied Materials &Interfaces, Molecular Pharmaceutics, Bioconjugate Chemistry,International Journal of Pharmaceutics等杂志上发表学术论文140多篇,获得发明专利授权26多项。成功转让一种可吸收高分子纳米纤维生物材料(三类医疗器械)技术,2004年协助企业获生产许可注册证,是世界上第一个应用于临床的纳米纤维三类医疗器械产品,14年来大规模应用于各大医院外科、骨科、整形外科、胸外科、妇产科等临床手术,受惠患者达到数百万,2014年获四川省人民政府颁发的名牌产品称号,单品种年销售额超亿元,取得巨大的经济效益和社会效益。
