研究方向

研究方向和兴趣:

实验室的研究方向主要集中在对动物在生理、病理及行为等变化下所涉及的神经系统、内分泌系统、消化系统和生殖系统的相关机制的研究方面。研究对象包括围绕生物钟、神经内分泌轴、胰岛、肠道菌群和生殖系统为主要研究对象的相关生理(如精子生成)、病理(如男性不育和脑卒中)的机制。

实验室的兴趣主要围绕着由神经系统和外周组织器官共同协调起来的神经内分泌轴展开,包括动物行为学,认知,相关疾病的发生发展,等等。另外,在技术领域,实验室对新的高通量精确核酸定量技术和新型在体内基因学操作技术的研发等也具有相当浓厚的兴趣。实验室通过使用多种动物模型和基因学工具,结合行为学和生物化学、分子生物学、生物信息学等跨领域技术手段开展相关研究工作。实验室感兴趣的几个具体研究方向包括基础研究和技术研发两大类,若干具体方向:

1)基础研究:

l神经肽或生长因子等信号对神经系统,动物行为,和生殖系统的影响。

l寻找针对脑卒中的潜在诊疗分子及其机制研究。

l寻找改善糖尿病相关并发症的诊疗分子及其机制研究。

l宿主和菌群之间的相互关系。

2)应用研究(新技术研发):

l在体靶向病毒

l基因编辑技术

l/磁遗传技术

lB-细胞展示技术

l原位核酸放大技术
