学术成果

吕林莉教授先后赴美国哈佛大学、香港中文大学接受多年科研培训。近年来主持国家自然科学基金项目5项、省部级课题2项,以第一/通讯作者发表SCI收录论文30余篇,其中影响因子大于10分论文7篇,包括Science Advances CellDeath Differ,肾脏病领域顶尖期刊J Am Soc Nephrol KidneyInt等。

课题组近年来聚焦细胞外囊泡(Extracellular vesicles, EVs)在肾小管间质炎症和纤维化形成机制、尿液早期诊断标志物及基于EVs的靶向治疗开展系列创新研究,揭示了小管上皮细胞分泌的EVs介导的细胞间对话是小管间质炎症和肾脏损伤发生的新机制;建立了以外源工程化EVs为药物载体的小管间质炎症干预新策略;发现尿液EVs RNAs标志物对慢性肾脏病无创、动态诊断具有潜在应用价值。
