Research Fields

I devote myself to my career on theclinical, scientific research, andteaching work of orthopaedics (spine surgery). In the clinical research, myteam and I mainly focused on the improvements of treatment therapies(especially for minimally invasive therapies) for intervertebral discdegeneration diseases. We have followed up large samples and analyzed the riskfactors for reoperation after microendoscopic discectomy, which is valuable forpatient selection before surgery and is conducive to improve the clinical effects. In the basic research, we mainly focused on the etiology and molecularbiological repair of intervertebral disc degeneration diseases, and a thoroughexploration has been made. Now, more innovative research is underway, and more valuableresults and clinical transformations are expected.
