学术成果

基础研究2007年以来先后主持完成两项国家自然科学基金项目(1.“多孔导电配位聚合物的设计,合成和性能调控” 国家自然科学基金面上项目 (2012.1-2015.12)2. "金属-含硫类联吡啶分子构筑体的研究”国家自然科学青年基金项目 (2009.1-2011.12)),参与多项省部级项目。

目前的研究兴趣主要集中于功能性MOF基材料以及MOF衍生的碳基纳米电催化剂方面的研究,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项(在研)。


应用开发:目前主要集中(1)药物杂质对照品的分离,分析和定向合成;(2)药物及其关键中间体的工艺优化和开发。自2011年开始先后为合作企业完成了十多个药物近六十多个杂质对照品的定向合成,包括苯达莫斯汀,阿加曲班对映异构体,培美曲赛,氟达拉滨,右雷佐生,雷贝拉唑,奥美拉唑等等;完成数个医药公司委托API合成工作,完成了利伐沙班等多个药物关键中间体的中试放大工艺研究。
