As a supervisor in the intervention base of Department of Cardiology, Zhongda Hospital Southeast University, I have led my team to carry out research on the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease and its interventional diagnosis and treatment. We have made in-depth research and published several articles especially in coronary microcirculation. In order to further explore specific ways of improving coronary microcirculation, I worked closely with biomedical professionals to apply ultrasound microbubbles to the treatment of cardiovascular disease. The specific mechanism of nitric oxide microbubbles in promoting homing of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells under ultrasound intervention was explored. Currently, my team and I are working on the relationship between sleep apnea and cardiovascular disease, exploring the effects of chronic intermittent hypoxia of sleep apnea on myocardial fibrosis, endothelial dysfunction and endothelial mesenchyme respectively. The specific mechanisms for refractory hypertension, including two national patents, have been published in several articles. I keep working on the mechanism of chronic intermittent hypoxia of sleep apnea in the development of cardiovascular disease in the near furture, so as to provide theoretical support for exploring the role of chronic intermittent hypoxia in coronary microcirculation disorder.
