研究方向

1.非编码RNA(non-coding RNA, ncRNA)是一类不编码蛋白质的RNA分子,其中长度大于200nt的称为长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA),近年来关于lncRNA对生命进程的调控功能的研究进展迅速,这些研究均表明lncRNA可以以RNA的形式参与了X染色体沉默、基因组印记、核内运输、转录激活与干扰等重要的过程,目前绝大多数lncRNA的功能仍然是未知的。大量研究表明,在肿瘤细胞中有某些特定的lncRNA表达水平发生改变,这种改变使其能够成为肿瘤诊断的标志物与潜在的药物靶点。我们实验室将集中于寻找肿瘤中异常表达的lncRNA

2.传统抗体分子量大,结构复杂,由此产生的高昂成本也限制了其在临床上的应用。目前基于骆驼重链抗体的VHH单域抗体研究成为热点,由于其在水溶液中的良好的稳定性,弱的免疫原性,良好的组织穿透性,使该抗体在基础研究,药物开发等领域具有广阔的应用前景。
